Nat King Cole performed “Stardust” many years ago. It was also recorded and performed by our own Michael Buble and Naturally 7 at Madison Square Gardens.
The beautiful romantic voices of Nat King Cole and Michael Buble are the inspiration for this quilt and I hope this shows with the soft, gentle colours and fabrics I have chosen to work with.
The art of quilting is timeless. The voice and music of Nat King Cole is timeless and now Michael Buble continues to show this with his rendition of the same song. I am filled with a sense of peace and contentment when I work on my quilts. A little bit of “Stardust” is added to each quilt I make and I hope it is evident when each quilt is finished.
